WEAPON P.R.I.M.E

      The fate of Weapon P.R.I.M.E. under Canada's new super-humans policy regime is unknown. P.R.I.M.E. is, or was, a top secret superhuman strike-force controlled by the Canadian Military. The team is/was part of Department K, based in Newfoundland. During Alpha Flight's most recent suspension/disbanding P.R.I.M.E. was solely responsible for superhuman defense in Canada.
      The only clue to P.R.I.M.E.'s fate is that Gen. Jeremy Clarke, their commander, had held a primary position in the new Department H before his apparent death.       [Compiler's notes: P.R.I.M.E. has much more of a history with the Xbooks than with Alpha Flight. That's why this note is so short. Alpha Flight first became aware of P.R.I.M.E.'s existence in the Northstar LS.]
