The Atom Man -- chapter 24 - (11/13/45)

Chemist Josef Busch succeeds in dissolving the Kryptonite fragment into a liquid form, and the Atom Man is reborn. With his Kryptonite powers restored, Henry Miller concocts a plan with the Fat Man to destroy Superman in his guise of Clark Kent.

They plan to starve Superman to death by denying the unconscious Man Of Steel food and water.
