Icarus
is a planet Embroiled in war several Factions are
fighting over control of the world. Icarus
is a primitive world much like Terra's
American Midwest during the 1860's. The
worlds continents are broken into many factions
most of them being some sort of monarchy or
dictatorship. These rulers are constantly
waging war upon each other
Hence the Imperium posting this system as a red
zone and its coordinates are not available in any
computer library. The scout service only
does occasional surveys of the system since one
of their ships crashed in a lake and the
surviving crew were enslaved or killed.
The race on Icarus are humanoid in form but look
more like Terra's Neanderthal man although more
intelligent. They call themselves the
"Cutani" and are very war like,
Excellent hunters and Riders They posses an
uncanny sense of direction and sense of smell.
The population is rather spread out making
warfare a big undertaking and infrequent but very
bloody when it happens. The Cutani often take
slaves from their enemies they have beaten and
women and animals are a highly prized symbol of
status as well as slaves.
The Terrain on Icarus is Rough Scrubland, Low
level Forests and Frozen tundra as one heads
towards the Northern and southern caps.
