Myriad

Silence ringing in my ears
As I wait for you
Never doubting
Never pausing
Wilting petals are fresh and new
The myriad of different colours
Heat, warmth, love
Torrent of emotions
Soaring over horizons
Exceptance
Fufillment
Swirling landscapes as I fall to the ground
And land at your feet
And sleep
Safety
Comfort
Sleep...

Twilight

Twilight, softness
The wind sighs
Crease in the sky
Smudge in my mind
Swaying, bending
The world is whispering
Bringing in the darkness
My body is laid to rest.
