The
trip from Wonosobo up to Dieng is spectacular and the road ascends
in serpentines up to the plateau, which is situated about 2000m
above sea level.Be prepared, this can get really cold on a bike,
especially if it starts to rain.

Dieng
is one of the most spectacular and mystic places in Java, and doing
it on a bike is defintely the best way to explore the whole area.
