An event of creative encounters has taken place in 2006 in the Algarve, Portugal. This is the creative foreplay for the final and exceptional realization of the Art-Communication   centre during the late summer months of 2007 in the Western Sahara.
The aim is to create this idea in a temporary intervention in the landscape by way of multimedia installations, creating ephemerical spaces, aiming at: interactive communication
