This harmonic, well determined composition reaches the point FA of the descending cosmic radiance, where
it changes itself, as energy in a natural act of this composition, and changes
as to density, colour, form and sound in a play of harmony.

Ciudad del Hombre a.s.f.l. acknowledges the administrative and virutal existence of University Museum Lasoberana, which is part of the art work and  takes care of its social  radiation.
One  has to be aware of the fact that this art work is at the same time braided  of different realities, charactristic to the idea, and of handling the relativlity of  time and space  which at the same time can be handled in a continuous research and creative development.

The identity of this art work is Logos and iets social equilibrium is the soverign Lasoberana. 

The idea from which arises this art work is unlimited. The art work is the reflection in time and space of the reality of the idea, the physical repercusion of the creative funtioning.
It extends to unknown demensions and is completely the domain of all people.

By its diversity, by its esthetical  and ethical aspect and its complete unworriedness about its practical aims, yet it  is at the same time in its parts perfectly applicable  in many domains and everybody can get to love this, with the same warmth and passion of the amateur for his hobby because by its creativity it expands as well in matter energy, virually, as geogr`phically and organizationnally.

It tends to move, and, subject  to variation and mutation, so also the aggregate, the whole, is moving, no stationary, but rotating around the principle - idea, where the end is enclosed in the beginning. 

From this has arosen the social equilibrium Lasoberana, maintained by the local government, and supported by the intuitieve intelligence of its present and future inhabitants in mind.

Each movement wants rest and stability and stability wants motion. In this narrow will is forming according to me creativity which expresses itself the dynamic towards the static, the static towards the dynamic.

In this motion is forming itself the tension of the "dynamic stability", its mobilizing and manipulatively handling in a creation  of any nature and kind in different facets, be it artistic, scientific, technological, social of other  of magnetic forces  in interaction between and in space and matter of a transparant physical electric magnetic gravitational electronic behaviour, that show a lineail tendency

This art work, an intervention in the idea which by this creative intervention  evolves on its own and which was, is, and will be  living, .

This idea, where it concerns its human,  creative power,  arises from the self and form the intuitive intelligence.

The Self acknowledges The Idea which stretches out  in our mind of mortal consciousness and the unlimited exttensiveness of the cosmos.

The universal,  creative capacity of cosmic understanding creates a  domination of light waves and particles, energy,  carried by hydrogens in the  ionosphere, and discharges itself into a multi-transparency in a fluctuation  over parts of Europe and North Africa.

The top of the perpendicular is situated on the 10th degree of longitude at 1.559 Km  height, whereas the basis lies on the 35th degree latitude, and the own-ness is situated  at 310 Km height.

The beginning is the only natural,  creative gesture of man in relation with matter, which  unites an absolute and specific earth spot with a specific human mind. 

Its social equilibrium, Lasoberana, is situated in the extreme Western part of the  Sahara.

Lasoberana situates itself on the place where it belongs  in the whole of the art work, but due to the interventions of the servants of   the spirit of the light bearer who, with their evil rituals and symbols, try to block as well the individual  sovereign mind in its creativity  as the sovereign social and virtual equilibrium itself. Yet this evil spirit is no  match for nature and  its imperturbable course, which lets ripen the fruit on the right moment. 

This art work started in 1977 at a most appropriate geograph place called Llauro in   the French East Pyrenees. Energetically spoken this happened by the interaction of  attracting the descending cosmic radiation  and to split it in the energy sound FA and by doing this,  rendering the principle of the double inversion tangible in many facets and in various
applications  braited with the virtual under the roof of the art work. 

This work aims for a freedom of personal activity in space and time, the intuitive development of each participating individual and for elasticity of creative reacion..

Aguila, the author of the art work, is in charge of the outlines of each dynamic facet of this creation and,  in full confidence, takes the view that  those who cooperate or wish to cooperate in any form, be   socially independent, loyal to the recognition and the understanding of this idea, and by doing so, will  express in all circumstances the necessary respect to this idea.
