Even
before the dawn of the new millennium, a new shooting star trail blazed into
the forefront of technology education. An offshoot of a dream that brings
together varied experiences and expertise.
Realizing the need for short but highly technological courses for everyone,
young and old, jobless and employed, SPI branched out and gave birth to Nego-Skwela,
a non-stock, non-profit livelihood training center founded on May 19, 1999.
