Nego-Skwela is an offshoot and now a division of its mother company, the Skill-Power Institute (SPI), which was founded by Mr. Eladio A. Guevarra. Since its establishment on November 4, 1997 in Antipolo City, it has become one of the pioneering tertiary computer education institutes not only in Antipolo but also in the adjacent towns and municipalities. It has been the guiding objective of SPI to enhance the intellectual growth of the youth and adult so they become globally competitive and equipped in facing this fast changing world.

SPI has taken a big stride to further augment the quality of its education upon its accreditation from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Continuously breaking fresh grounds, SPI has led the way in offering short livelihood entrepreneurial courses for individuals who will soon become micro-movers of the country’s economy.
