This is my father, John R. Oswald. I am
honored, and grateful to have such an extremely talented, silly,
brilliant, supportive daddy. My dad is proud of his marriage of
29 years to my mom, Norma, and of his three great daughters Kyra, Caroline,
and Tasha. My father built his own construction business from
scratch. Originally it was called "J.R.'s Construction" but
several years ago he renamed it after his daughters. "K.C.T.
Construction" is a small business but my dad has managed to keep it
going strong. This is due to his 20 years of experience, work ethic,
and his personal belief that his clients deserve the best house without
all the extra costs that most liscensed contracters include. To learn
more about my father's business "K.C.T. Construction"

play tennis, and has been doing so for seven years now. He also likes playing computer card games! My dad is awesome, he is a great provider, he has a great laugh, and I love him very much! Rock on Dad!

My mommy and me dancing on New Years Eve 97' Whoo-hoo! Get down and party! :) My mother has had a great influence in my life. My mom is an excellent cook. Her background is Puerto Rican so I'm lucky I get AWESOME homecooked spanish meals such as Arroz con Pollo (Chicken Rice), Stew, and Spanish steak to list some of my favorites! I also love Platanos (Plantains) which are sweet fried bananas! They are scrumpdiddliumshush! My mom makes the best! My mom also makes great homemade jam! This year she and I canned fresh plum, apricot, and strawberry jam--yum yum! My mother is so giving! Every time someone comes over they get tons of food to eat and to take home with them and some of her homemade jam too! Trust me if you come for a visit at our house you won't go home hungry! :) Besides being a great cook my mom is also a terrific poet. She writes beautiful prose. Her specialty lies in spiritual poems. Last year our local newspaper published one of her poems at Christmas time. She has a positive effect on every person. And she loves to help people think for themselves and ask questions. I love her with all my heart!
My Sisters!

This is my sister Tasha standing next to her favorite icecream shop! :) Now a word from Tasha herself:
I'm doing the whole college thing... you know... being ripped off by the school system to make me smarter. Let's see, I've been taking fencing. I live in the most gorgeous city in the world, san diego!!!!!!!! I have a kickaaass fam and I couldn't have better friends!
Funky lil facts about me:
If I could work anywhere it would be at Ben & Jerry's or Noah's Bagels.
If I could marry any one in the world it would have to be Ben, Jerry, or Noah. Of course, b4 I settle down I will have a special association with Leonardo. ;)
My mission in Life: to help with something.
What sounds like fun to me: swimming with sharks, dolphins, manatees, and sting rays.

This is my sister Kyra!!! :) She is really cool and smart! In 1993, she got a full scholarship for college from N.A.S.A. Each summer she did an internship for N.A.S.A. and she got to work with scientists from N.A.S.A. Aims in San Jose, and J.P.L. (Jet Propulsion Labratory) in Pasadena. She has always wanted to be an astronaut. When she was in High School she went to Space Camp.
In 1997 she graduated from U.C.S.C. with a major in Physics, she was immediately hired by Lockheed of San Jose. She worked there with satellites until the end of this Summer, 1999. While working a full-time job my sister also found the time to keep up her educational skills by enrolling in several courses such as a C programming course, and Biochemistry. She also volunteered at Standford's hosipital. She screened newborns for hearing problems. She loved working with babies! In college she became active in A.I.D.S. awareness and it has been a part of her life ever since. This past summer, 1999, she volunteered to be a camp counselor at a children's A.I.D.S camp in L.A. In 1999, Kyra graduated from an intense one-year pre-med biomedical program in Miami, Florida. Wow, huh? Currently Kyra is working for her M.D. and Ph.D. at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennesse. She ROCKS, what can I say--she's a terrific sis'. She's so caring. She's always thinking of everyone else. When I was in college she used to send me AWESOME care packages (with chocolate!!)--it was really wonderful to have her support! Kyra has worked hard to get where she is, and she's working hard now to be able to help people in the future with aeronautical medicine! You'll see her name in the papers and on T.V. soon I guarantee, and I'll be proud to say "That's my sis!"

This is my brother in law Mark.
He married my sister Kyra in 1996.
They have a terriffic gato (cat) named Ozzy. He's their baby.
Mark is extremely creative and talented.
He's a great inventor and his new invention for the shower
will soon be something everyone will have to get!
A poem about my family!
