South Carolina's beauty is not limited to the mountains in the up country or  to the low country near the sea. There are state parks all over South Carolina that offer beauty and history to visitors. Your assignment is to locate 3 state parks,  in varying locations around the state.  Read about them and report on why you feel the parks that you have chosen would be good places to visit.

Include in your report the following information:

1.  Name of the state park

2.  Location of the state park

3.  Facilities

4.  Activities

5.  Historical significance if any or the importance of the park

6.  Description of the land

7.  Sites to see

After researching the state parks, create a travel brochure or an advertisement for one or more of  the parks that you have reported on. You may use a computer desktop publishing program or make a poster to create your brochure or advertisement.
