Hamlet Web Sites

These web sites contain more than one page devoted to the movie.

The Director
  1. The Readiness is All. The filming of Hamlet.
  2. MOVIEWEB: HAMLET. Contains many stills from the film.
  3. Hamlet From TNT Learning. This is the educator's guide to Branagh's Hamlet, linked from the TNT website. As such, it contains suggested "assignments" for students and various other tidbits. It looks like they used my website as a reference for those links...:).
  4. Literature & Film. There are several essays on this site comparing the Olivier, Gibson, Jacobi, and Branagh Hamlets.
  5. IMDB Listing. A great source for production information and other quirky details. There are also a bunch of user comments to browse through.
  6. Branagh's Hamlet on DVD. Just as the title suggests, this fabulous site was put together by Mark Cassello to kick off a successful campaign to have Hamlet released on DVD. Thanks to his efforts and the many many fans of the film who bombarded Warner Brothers with e-mails on Valentines' Day 2005, Hamlet will now be released on DVD in 2006.
