Want

Just a introduction...
In Brazil, there is a important indie scene with very excellent bands, but, as the press, critics and labels don't consider them, these band usually don't attain to a good life time... most of them cannot, at least, record a CD.
Want - Just A Brazilian Impression To The Cure - is another project totally idealized by myself that just consist itself to spread some bands. This release is expected to be put out in December, featuring ten brazilian indie bands invited by myself (and seven of them just have recorded demo tapes) that will show their version to The Cure songs.
Want will be a limited CD edition (1000 copies only, which will also be paid up by myself) and, be sure, this release will not be a tribute to The Cure! Want is just a way I found to spread the brazilian bands and, consequently, trying to draw the interest of the press and public. Anyway, I am sure its quality will be better than Ficitional and Give Me The Cure tributes. All the brazilian bands present on the CD will show their versions to The Cure songs, in other words, they will just use the songs to impregnate their musical characteristics, and that is very interesting...
The bands are as follow:

Uv Ray - “Three Imaginary Boys”
Sonic Disruptor - “Harold And Joe”
Make Believe - “Happy The Man”
Old Magic Pallas - “A Night Like This”
Low Dream - “Three Imaginary Boys”
