How Do I Let the WebMaster Know... ?

E-mail the Web Master at barker_relay@yahoo.com.  Be sure to include as much information as possible.  Your Team Name, captain's name and a phone number &/or e-mail address where people can contact you about the fundraiser the Name of the fundraiser.  Please also include the location, date(s) & time(s) of drawings, etc.

How Can I Join a Relay Team?

There is a complete listing of Team Captains on the Captains page.  (Please be patient - We are updating this area as soon as possible once the team registrations are turned in.  All registrations are expected to be in by Registration Night - April 11th.  We will try to have the list completed a.s.a.p. after that evening.)

ABSOLUTELY - There are just a few guidelines to starting your own Team. Our Team Captain Coordinators, Lisa Phillips and Julie Obermiller will be glad to help you get started.  You can contact Julie at 795-9262 or by e-mailing Lisa at lisa.phillips@aes.com

I Have a Team,... ?

You should have been, or will shortly be, provided with a pink Captain's Packet titled "Take Up The Fight".  This packets contains the following:

• Team Captains Handbook
• The Little Instruction Book - A Fundraising Guide for Team Captains
• Join a Team Event to Fight Cancer Poster
• Team Member Registration Forms (Purple)
• Participant Collection Envelopes (White)
• Team Registration Envelope (Purple)
• Luminaria Forms (Yellow)
• Luminaria Collection Envelopes (Yellow)
• American Cancer Society Contribution Receipts

The Captain's Area has been set up to help you get started.  This Area contains 3 separate sections:

• Documents - This area contains links to forms and contact information that you may need. Please feel free to use & distribute these forms freely.
• Captains Meeting Schedule - This contains the most-up-to-date schedule of captains meetings and what you can expect at them.
• Contact Information - This contains the contact list for Relay Committee Members

How Do I Order Luminarias?

Luminarias may be purchased either in advance of the Relay or at the Relay on May 18th.  Go to our Luminarias page to find out more.  We've added a new form that allows you to enter the information right on your computer, print it out & mail it to Kathie Smith at the Barker Village Hall.  All the instructions are included on that page.
