Manta brought Yoh to the hospital. While he was unconscious, Yoh dreamed about why he wants to become Shaman King. When Yoh woke up, Anna was stood in front of the door. Anna is also a shaman with the ability to call the spirits from anywhere, even from heaven. She brought the news to Yoh that his grandmother has decided that she will be Yoh's fiancée. Anna told Yoh that she wants to become the First Lady of shaman king. So, Anna forced Yoh to practice very hard in order to become the shaman king.

One day, Yoh and his friends received the free movie tickets from someone. After the movie, Jun Tao approached Yoh and asked him to give Amidamaru's soul to her brother, Ren. Jun has the ability to control zombie and she brought Lee Pyron's zombie with her.

Lee Pyron is the very famous kung fu movie star, but Tao family murdered him, and they made Pyron became one of their zombie puppet.

Yoh was able to break the cursed away from Pyron's body. However, when Pyron knew the truth that he was already dead, he got mad and determined to take a revenge on Tao family.
