Raavan said to Saaran - "Look, I cannot give Seetaa back, even if all Devtaa, Gandharv and Daanav come to fight with me. Since monkeys have hurt you, and you are scared of them that is why you ask me to consider to return Seetaa. Tell me who is such an enemy in the world who can win me in war?" Saying thus Raavan climbed up on his very high building with the idea to check Raam's army. He looked at the sea, mountains, and then the large army of monkeys.

Seeing the innumerable monkeys, Raavan asked Saaran - "Among all these monkeys who are the chiefs, who are brave, and who are mighty, who are leaders, who are enthusiastic and who obey Sugreev? Who is the chief army chief? How mighty these monkeys are? Tell me all this."

Saaran said - "The monkey who is standing towards Lankaa and has 100,000 monkeys behind him. whose roar can make the whole Lankaa graceless, he is Neel. And the monkey who is beating his tail on the ground, whose roar is echoing all the ten directions, he is Baali's son Angad. Who wants to shatter this whole Lankaa and with whose intelligence Raam knew about Seetaa and who is standing beside Angad is Nal. They have 300,000 Vaanar under them. In the same way there are many other mighty and brave monkeys in Raam's army. They have millions (Crores) of monkeys under them. It is impossible to count all Vaanar and all Vaanar want to crush you like anything."

Saaran further said - "If you want to play with your life and fight with them, I tell you about the Vaanar army chiefs. Whose black and red hair are separated from each other, he is Har named mighty Vaanar. Millions (Crores) of Vaanar follow him with trees to attack Lankaa. All these Vaanar live on mountains and river banks. It is difficult to introduce all of them, but they all are sitting around their king.

Army chief of bears army is Dhoomra named Vaanar. His younger brother, whose name is Jaambvaan, is also very mighty. he is the chief of army chiefs. And who is looking at the army chief, he is Rishabh named Vaanar. He is also very brave and he always helps Indra with his army. Thus there are many other army chiefs who cannot be won even by Devtaa, Gandharv and Asur.

Now I tell you the names of those army chiefs who want to destroy this Lankaa with their might - this is Sabhaadan named Vaanar who is called the grandfather (Pitaamah) of Vaanar. There are Krathan, Gavaaksh, Kesaree, Shatabalee etc Vaanar in Raam's army. They are very devoted to Raam and don't care for their life to do His work. Among them each Vaanar is the chief of 100 million (10 Crores) Vaanar. This army includes Vaanar who live on Vindhyaachal Parvat. Because of being innumerable, they are difficult to count. All are powerful and mighty. Their size is also as large as a mountain. All are devoted to Raam and their Swaamee Sugreev."
