Books

Novels - The Sixth Sense is Death is the only Champions paperback to ever be published. The book is by John Garforth, published by Hodder Paperbacks, 1969. This is the blurb on the backcover:

Within hours of accepting a holiday assignment designed to develop her psychic powers, Sharon Macready found herself made prisoner, cut off from civilisation in an eerie amd frightening laboratory. And the only neighbours she seemed to have were an old man of a hundred and four living in a glass house, and twelve zombies with super powers, all called Tommy Atkins. So that when Craig Stirling and Richard Barrett came to England to investigate a biological warfare establishment, all three found themselves caught up in a process that seemed destined to convert humanity into robots, and wipe the face of the earth with bacteriological extinction.

See Surveillance for an image of the front cover.

Activity books - These children's books are in a set of three made by Century 21 in 1968/69. They feature the usual colouring exercises, join the dots and other kids games.
Champions' Painting book; Puzzle book; and Dot to Dot Book - These three books were published in Spain in 1968 by Century 21. At the time they sold for 2/6 pence.
ITC publicity booklet - Made in 1967 for the purposes of selling the show to potential TV stations and companies. The booklet is A4 size and features information on the show's cast, crew and episode synopses.

Magazines

Epi-log - Edition #5 (March 1991) and the August 1992 Special #3 feature an episode guide for The Champions. A four-page listing of the episodes with premise, cast and crew lists as well as an overview of the series is in the magazine. You'll also find two black and white pictures. This issue is a special spy shows edition and has many other great episode guides as well.
Timescreen - Two issues have featured Champions colour covers. One issue has an article with Cyril Frankel, and the other is special about the series.
The Morning After - Issue #4 is devoted entirely to The Champions.
Cult TV - December 1997 issue features a "Ten Essential Spies, Daredevils and Playboys" (p.46). The Champions is one of the shows listed with a quick read dossier on the premise and characters. The March 1998 issue has a "Kick-Ass Angels" (p.28-33) article which goes over all the top female TV characters. A special mention is made of Sharron Macready, with an accompanying picture.

Music

Thunderthemes Are Go - This is a very cool budget CD that has 20 great TV themes. One track is the theme for The Champions by the Tony Hatch Orchestra. Also on the CD are such themes as Joe 90, The Avengers, Danger Man, A Man In A Suitcase and many more. The CD was made in 1996 by Castle Communications Plc.

Miscellaneous

Comics - A comic strip was printed in the Joe 90 Annual and comics, published 1968/69. Thanks to John Stewart, you can download scans of the annual, such as: the front cover, a page explaining the show's premiss, and pages 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, which are the first three pages of the comic strip.
Trading Cards - A set of sweet cigarette cards were made. These had a decoder for encripted messages on the reverse of the cards and were packaged complete with wrapper. Also, bubble gum cards made by A&B were sold in packs of six.
Postcards - In 1989 Engale Marketing printed a collection of 16 postcards for its "British TV Classics" series. In conjunction with ITC, the postcards featured many of its shows, including three on The Champions. They were standard size with full-colour glossy stills on the front side. Two of these can be seen in Surveillance.
Publicity Sheets - A double-sided colour A4 sized sheet was made for The Champions' movie, "Legend Of The Champions". Another same type of sheet was made about the show this time for a brochure called "ITC Entertains the World".
