Just south of the Moglin
Forest in the Glenvale Ferndale Valley, near the
village of Ot, there is the Hold of Bloodfist of
the Bloodstone family. Once the very center of
the infamous Scarlet Order, it is now the humble
place of rebirth of the Bloodstone family. At the very center
of the resurrection of the Bloodstone clan is Phoenix
Bloodstone, a rather uptight and
somewhat obsessed leader. His place was won
through birth-order. Phoenix was simply the
oldest of the group so they made him take
leadership. Phoenix is a hard-core Guardian. He
is also rather confused about what path he should
chose for himself- mage, Dragon Slayer, Paladin,
and so on- so he specializes in everything,
making him particularly good at nothing.
Over the
years, Phoenix has learned that the death of his
mother and father was planned by Drakel forces.
The Drakel War Council was responsible. Phoenix
has dedicated himself the the eradication of
Drakel, even if it means he must destroy his soul
to do it.
The more easygoing Mia
Bloodstone is Phoenix's sister. Although
she takes her responsibilities as Guardian
seriously, she has outside interests. Mia loves
riding horses and taking long walks on the beach.
She is also an avid zard watcher, taking pleasure
in studying those creatures in their natural
environment. Mia also loves her pets, and is
always surrounded by a her wolves, pet zards, and
bunny rabbits.
Although he is
technically not a full-blood Bloodstone,
Loki Bloodstone does have the typical
Bloodstone green eyes and maroon hair. Loki is
Mia and Phoenix's half-brother. Although their
mom was considered to be a virtuous and loyal
wife, the mother Bloodstone went through a
short-lived period of time when she hung out with
elves making special herbal blends to smoke...
Although most people believe Loki is destined for
Guardianship, he is currently satisfied with
hanging out with Moglins, committing petty
larceny, and making special "happy"
potions from Seed Spitters. Loki is also dabbling
with magic.
Despite
pressure from his half-siblings, Loki continues
to refuse to become a Guardian. Though his
travels are much harder because he does not have
the Guardian advantages, Loki finds ways to
achieve his goals.
