Everybody has heard of the legendary Amazons. People find the notion of women warriors intruiging.
These days, the notion is mixed in with the idea of women's assertiveness.
A woman of particularly sturdy build, possibly masculine appearance,
or just a woman whose aura projects her strong will,
is likely to be thought of as an Amazon.
The word is used both in admiration and in deprecation.
It is mixed in, in the confused popular consciousness, with sex roles.
The notion of Lesbian proclivities, particularly as an active or agressive partner,
is consciously or unconsciously implied when one thinks of Amazons.
So does that fairly describe who we are?
It would be foolish to waste such a widespread popular reputation.
If we have that much respect as a legend, we can at least live up to it.
But that's not the important part.
The fact is, we're a military unit engaged by our Goddess
in the destruction of the American empire.
The -=Amazon Brigade=- is exactly what it was a few millenia ago,
before the Pyramids were built:
a regular unit of -=Scythian=- cavalry on detatched service.
We honor the Marijuana Goddess Scythia,
just as we did before humans learned to write.
Our Goddess specializes in tearing down world empires.
That's what we do, and we're good at it.
None better.

So if we're a threat to men, or to male dominance,
that may be true, but it's not what they should be worried about.
We're not that worried about our public image, we're too busy.
We've got a job to do here.
