- Goldfront Sprite
Damselflies can be found on running water or still water. They usually fly very
close on the surface of water, sometimes they rest on the floating materials.

They may not be as abundant as the Blue Sprite Damselflies,
but they are easily recognized by their golden-yellow faces and thorax. They can be
found cruising on the water surface on a sunny summer day along Bulimba
creek.

The male Goldfront Sprite
Damselflies are with bright golden yellow face and thorax. Their lower part of
thorax are blue, with black colour in between. Their abdomen are black, with
blue marking at tail.
