• Responsible for working with our customers to develop a plan for the reengineering of the New Business Systems environment.

MetLife - Project Manager New Business Systems (1994-1998)

• Project Manager with 22 programmer/analysts and the responsibility for three major new business systems. Responsibilities included; completing all enhancements and maintenance tasks, implement new Life products, status reporting and performance management.
• Coordinate the initiative to convert all COBOL/VS to COBOL II for all individual Life applications. Effort involved converting and testing several thousand programs.
• Successfully developed a new Policy Change application that improved time service and reduced clerical costs.
