       MetLife- Director of New Business Systems (1998-2000)
        Director with five direct reports (Project Managers) and an organization 
          of 35 programmers and analysts. Overall responsibility for the enhancements 
          and maintenance for six major Life applications that support the underwriting, 
          issuing and changing of individual Life policies.  
        Responsible for working with our customers to develop a plan for 
          the reengineering of the New Business Systems environment.  
        Successfully modified/tested all applications in my organizations 
          to be year 2000 compliant.  
       MetLife - Project Manager New Business Systems (1994-1998)
        Project Manager with 22 programmer/analysts and the responsibility 
          for three major new business systems. Responsibilities included; completing 
          all enhancements and maintenance tasks, implement new Life products, 
          status reporting and performance management.  
        Coordinate the initiative to convert all COBOL/VS to COBOL II for 
          all individual Life applications. Effort involved converting and testing 
          several thousand programs.  
        Successfully developed a new Policy Change application that improved 
          time service and reduced clerical costs.
