Creating the Page




In this lesson we were asked to create a top border
and a boxed border, which can be seen by following the link
above to the left.

The border graphic was done in Paint Shop Pro7,
only the one image needed to span the entire top of the page.
This was accomplished through the use of an html code
that causes an image to be repeated.
The boxed border was also created the same, with the exception
of the line added underneath to give the image a boxed effect.

The link above to the right shows another idea I
had for the top border, especially with this poem in mind.
In this example, the top boder image floats accross the screen
giving the image the same look as the stars displayed on the page.
This effect is done by adding the "marquee" code
to the image.

The text on all three pages is a graphic done in the "English" font.

The midi "Soul Echoes" seemed perfect
to tie the whole page together theme-wise.
