Leonie returns by popular demand to teach and perform at this years festival.
Leonie has been dancing for over 20 years. During her career she has trained many professional dancers and manages the Turkish Delights in Sydney.
Leonie is the organizer of the Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival now in its 12th year. Leonie was also proprietor of Amera's palace for 8 years and also is a talented costume designer.
Her knowledge and love of the dance is joyously imparted in her friendly and relaxed teaching style and her exhilarating and fun performances.
