Formed : Vancouver, BC in 1987 but relocated to LA shortly after

Broke-up : 1999 - Some members went on tour with Sir George Martin (the Beatles)

    Odds started their existance as a band called Dawn Partol, they evolved into The Odds but dropped the "The" after seeing a poster for one of their shows with "Theodds" on it. While the band was around they produced quite a bit of good, intelligent  music, they had a Sloan-like sound but a much deeper message in their songs. Since Breaking up Steven Drake has produced albums by 54-40 and The Tragically Hip and the Soundtrack for The Kids in The Hall's Brain Candy.

Other Stuff : The Video for ...... features Junkhouse (as the truck driving thugs) and The Pursuit of Happiness (that's Moe Berg driving the convertable, he didn't have a drivers liscence at the time nor could he drive)
