Is there a mechanism in Pasco? Where is it? How does it work? What are the limits?
There are some 23 private water and sewage utilities in addition to Pasco utilities. What is to be done about them? Pasco is still paying down bonds floated in the 1950s when some private sewage facilities were taken over.
What is the future of fire protection, fire districts and volunteer services in Pasco County? What about rescue and emergency services?
And what about hazard mitigation, flooding and drainage, and dealings with FEMA?
Are roads adequate in central and eastern Pasco County, which are now the main growth points? How about parks, bicycle paths and libraries?
Can our present commissioners cope in the 21st Century?
