Vibe captures Brantford Scene On CD
The fall of 1995 saw the Brantford music scene captured on compact disc as vibe was released. Vibe contains ten songs by the up-and-coming bands in the area...Vibe is produced by Sub-Atomic Records..."Cableface" by Floater...bear the grunge-like sound that many young bands today have.
The Turnaround
One of the biggest supporters of local and independent bands has been the Turnaround on Colborne. December and January have seen local acts such as Floater and Sector Seven G and independent touring bands like Acid Test come and play at the bar. The Turnaround has acts booked through February and hopefully they will continue to host these concerts. Few bars are supporting the young bands today, and the Turnaround is giving the local artists their chance.

A third show was held in September of last year with some proceeds going to charity. Floater, Shape and Tangled and Weaved playing to 800 people in Vanessa...
