Running Total Sales
Keep track of your total sales daily to see where you are.
Bank Register
Not only will you have to enter your credits and debits in your check book register, it is a good idea to double enter it on a seperate sheet (see below) or ledger sheet, that you can keep with all your other costs and sales sheets binder for quick overview.
Payroll & Taxes
See sample below for a quick overview that you can keep in your binder.  You can also add up your taxes near your quarterly due dates, so you can have an idea of what you will owe.
You may also want to construct a similar sheet to keep a running balance per employee.
Total Costs
Using your binder and its seperate fields, you can quickly add up all the costs and put the the totals on a sheet (see sample below).
