If you elect to not have a computerized system, at least be able to compare the prices and options available for guest checks and the style that will work best for your menu. Prices vary quite a lot, so check with you food purveyors, catologue mail as well as restaurant supply houses. If you DO have a computer system, you may still want to keep some guest checks handy "just in case." Keep in mind that you will have to manually add up your total sales for each day.
