If you elect to not have a computerized system, at least be able to compare the prices and options available for guest checks and the style that will work best for your menu. Prices vary quite a lot, so check with you food purveyors, catologue mail as well as restaurant supply houses.
If you DO have a computer system, you may still want to keep some guest checks handy "just in case."
