This page contains some of the classic movies of our time.
They are designated official "Ken's Classics" and they are not to be missed.
From the drama of Tom Cruise to the elastic face of Jim Carrey, these movies are
mandatory viewing for any of you cultured netizens out there.

"I want the truth!" This is the most powerful movie I have ever seen in
the theatre. Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are captivating. Courtroom drama at it's
very best. This is the ultimate movie about honor and country. So powerful it brings
a tear to my eye. I give it a 10-plus!!
"I don't like you because you're dangerous" "That's right.
I AM dangerous." This is where Tom Criuse got his big break. The high flying
cocky maverick takes to the skies at the world's finest flight school. Overall this
is a great movie and includes the best volleyball scene in the movies. And by the
way, it has an excellent soundtrack. This one deserves a solid 10!
"All Righty Then!" Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. The original Jim Carrey
doing what he does best. Crazy faces and a talking butt, all part of the total Carrey
package. So funny it'll make your sides ache. An easy 10!
The sequel to such an awesome movie should've been much better. Not enough of the
original Ventura we saw in the first one. But, it did have it's moments. This is
a 6 and a half.
"Smokin'!" This one makes the elastic face of Jim Carrey into an animated
super one! The dramatic Stanley Ipswik turns into a high powered superhero. And he
even signs and dances. Very funny, a 7 and a half.
"Caaaaable Guy!" Jim Carrey and Mathew Broderick in this movie about an
eccentric Cable Guy just trying to make friends. It's gots some great scenes (like
the one at the pizza place) but overall it needs a bit more. I give this one a 7.
"YOU have a serious impulse control problem!" Carrey plays the mysterious
Edward Nygma AKA The Riddler in the latest film of the Batman series. Carrey is a
masterful Riddler and is the only man alive (except maybe Robin Williams)
who could do this supervillian any justice. This is an 8 and a quarter.
"I'll make him an offer he can't refuse." The ultimate movie about family,
loyalty, and tradition. Lots of mega stars in this: Brando and Pacino to name the
big ones. THE definitive gangster saga is a can't miss tale. An easy 10.
"Life is like a box of chocolates." Perhaps the most surprising of any
of the above movies. Hanks is masterful at portrarying the dumb but lovable Gump
in this story through an American History. Funny and insightful. Another easy 10.
"To Infinity and Beyond!" Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) meets Woody (Tom Hanks)
in the first feature length fully computer rendered film. Incredibly realistic and
well written, this is sure to be a classic. A 9, at least.
