NATALIE Dupill's Dirigo Cougars finished the 1999 season as the Class C State Runners-Up, after winning the Western Maine Class C title and losing in double over time to Calais in the State Championship game. The Cougars had one impressive season, and look to improve on that season as they return all of their key players and the Hurricanes' HEALTHY Tower of Power, Natalie Dupill.
