Wow, well I realized last week after my first installation, that I would need at least one more page to cover all the players I consider great. A lot of people say there are no more role models, but I clearly disagree.

Scott Rolen was the Rookie of the Year last year with the Phillies, and I got a chance to meet him. I had a broken arm and he was nice enough to give me a ball.

My neighbor, Tony Gwynn. He is the most underrated player in Major League Baseball, since he plays in San Diego. He always makes time to sign autographs for kids at the games.

Steve Finley is a PR dream. He is great in the community, always making apperances, and donating to charities. Not to mention the fact that he is a pretty darn good player

Charles Johnson is the nephew of Devil Ray Fred McGriff, but has none of his uncle's negative chacteristics. Charles, I understand, is very good with the fans and community in Florida and is very modest although making millions of dollars.

JT Snow was the first, and only player ever to respond to a mail request that I sent. I sent it to him in 1994 and got it back very soon with a signed card. Baseball needs more guys like him.
