What is the Patrons Club?
The Patrons Club was set up at the end of the 96 / 97 season. Its purpose was two fold, the Board of Management wanted to put in place a structure, where the members be they ordinary fans or a business in the area would have a say in the running of Drogheda United Football Club. To get people interested, to make them feel part of the club and basically to make it their club.

 The second part obviously was to raise much-needed funds for a solid future for the club. Well the foundations have been laid, We are back in the First Division, now let us get the hell out of it!
Patrons Club Committee elected for the 1999 / 2000 season.
Noel Marry (Chairman), Gerard M. Kelly (Secretary), John Hurley (Treasurer), Dr Fenton Howell, Andrew Purcell and Robert Black.

General Meetings for all patrons will take place throughout the year to keep members abreast of any developments at the club.
Patrons Club subscriptions for this season will remain at IR £250.00
* * We have introduced a student subscription at  IR £150.00 * *

Each patron is entitled to:

A set of accounts, detailing the financial structure of Drogheda United Football Club.
A season ticket for United Park, allowing the patron to attend every home game of Drogheda United, B-Team, Youths and under age club games.
Meetings, Patrons can attend all general meetings of the Patrons Club and will have a vote at Patrons Club A.G.M.
As a member of the Patrons Club Committee, he/she could then represent Patrons Club on the management committee of Drogheda United F.C.
Payment Options, Payment can be made by contacting any member of the Patrons Club Committee named below.

Many of our Patrons availed of our standing order facility last year and again we are delighted to offer this service, contact us for a mandate form for your convenience. Monthly payments are IR £21.00

You may also pay by cheque, cash, postal order etc..
All cheques must be crossed and made payable to Drogheda United Patrons Club.
