john basedow is a hero to millions


ok, so, i'm sure you've all seen this guy, john basedow, on t.v. the 8 minute abs commercial. well...you know something...i really feel sorry fr this guy, i mean, come on...look at him. look at what he's turned himself into. something that's not attractive, not even human looking...more like a cartoon idea of what the human body should look like. and for what reason? to make himself look better? no. to sell more videos? maybe. to get as much tail as he can? prolly. anyway, here are some pics that were sent to me along with some quotes that i have added...i hope you enjoy.



lets start with one of the most famous pic of him.


look at the way he's standing there...doesn't it kinda look like this guy has super long arms? i mean...like...gorrila arms er something? they just seem too long fr his body...and that makes him scary...


wow...look how smart he looks...taking the pose of "The Thinker" and turning it into some sort of perverted wanna-be thought-provoking "piece of art". man...this guy sure is a piece of art.

i'm not sure what this is all abt...it's kinda like he's stretching, but...also looking fr something...wait! i got it...he's checking fr belly-button lint!!!


i think he was trying to give us the sense here that he was some sort of blind master of martial arts...look at the way he's just staring, staring deeply into space...like he's listening to every movement in nature...whatever...
