Contest time! I entered my Euro, Dinah faced, HTT Angie in the HTF contest. There were lots of wonderful hard-to-find things, I was torn between Molly's Black Dawn and the Baravelli doll as my favorite. In the end Black Dawn triumphed. |

As I don't sew, I am always in utter and complete awe of those who create for Dawn. The Control Fabric Contest produced the most amazing creations, each person was given the same materials and just look at what they all did! CJ's creation is oon the far left but I'm not sure who won this one, in my mind they are all winners. Please tell me if you know. |

Goodie Bag Time! Everyone who attended received a goodie bag packed with gifts. I was knocked out by the generosity of fellow Dawnettes, some of whom didn't attend the convention. I don't know all your names but I need to say THANK YOU! Have a look here at just some of the things in my goodie bag |

More gifts! We exchanged gifts with tablemates. I gave everyone a Dawn coaster and an iron-on transfer to make their own Pippa tee-shirt. Here are some of the gifts I received. I was especially pleased to have the tartan outfit as I already have it in another colour variation, here is Tina wearing it. |

Well, my body clock was saying 'bedtime', but no, we were now going to dinner! This time we headed for Pink Tacos a Mexican eatery inside the Hard Rock Hotel. Well, we were in Mexico so I just had to have a Margarita, probably not a good idea as it went straight to my sleepy head. What the heck, I was on holiday, who cares if I end up slumped across the table later on............... |
