Below are the list of places you can go and masters/mentors on earth

TURTLE BEACH
Master Roshi lives here.
Turtle Shell Training:This training allows you to train with a huge tutrle shell on it gives you normal training plus 100PL, 20HP/EP points, and 4 Distribution points.
Beach Training:This is training to improve you Kamehameha wave and make it advance to one of the next levels
Master Roshi Training:you can either just do mentor or master training or you can train to learn any of these moves Bargo, Destructo Disc, Solar Flare, Electric Blast Attack, Controlled Energy Ball, Tri-Form Split, Kamehameha, Kamikazie(Techniques learned from masters must be learned in order and can only be skipped if you already have them)

ARCTIC
Arctic Plain:You may train here for a bonus of 300PL, 60HP/EP points, and 12 Distribution points more than normal as long as you have eather insulated or super insulated clothing.
Underwater Arctic Training:This training counts the same as doing whatever training you are doing in 30x gravity but you must have some kind of insulated clothing and scuba gear to train here.

CAPSULE CORP
Gravitron Training Center:This training center lets you rent the gravitron it can hold 2 people for 10,000 a day or 50,000 per week and lets you train in up to 150x gravity
Healing Chambers:You may go to these chambers for free whenever you want and it takes 3 days to heal all wounds.

KAMI'S LOOKOUT
Kami lives here.
Pendulam Room:Here you will fight diferent warriors of diferent levels and with diferent strengths and weaknesses send me an email to setup a tiem to battle and of course the more guys you make it thru the more stats you'll get
Hyperbolic Time Chamber:Here you get all your training X5 and you can train in up to 100x gravity but you must pass Kami's test contact me to find out what that involves.
Kami Training:You may eather master train or train for the moves listed here you may also learn The Spiritual Technique type from Kami. Tsuemetai, Kikakaho, Dondonpa, Masenko Ha, Barrier, Special Beam Cannon, Mimic, Energy Absorbtion, Twin(again must learn moves in order skipping only those already known.)
