Even though it is not listed characters of all races start with a PL of 10,000.
SAIYENS Saiyens start with 4,000 HP/EP points, and 1,600 Distribution points. Advantages:Pure Blood Saiyens and Gohan have a Saiyen tail which allows them to become an Ozaruu a huge ape like monster when they are exsposed to a Simulated Moon Blast. Disadvantages:There tails can be destroyed by a blast from a fighter faster than the saiyen whos tail is going to be destroyed but this wwill not do any actual damamge to the saiyen and also if this move is blocked or dodged then it has no effect.(You must declare that the attack is going to try and destroy the saiyens tail when the attack is made before a the block is allowed then the opponent may block.)The only way to get your tail back is thru a wish. NAMEKIANS Namekians start with 8,000 HP/EP points, and 800 Distribution points. Advantages:Namekians may use the move regeneration for no EP cost at anytime but it still takes a turn in battle. Disadvantages:Namekians follow a strict code which does not allow them to use weapons or armor. Element:Water Starting Planet:Namek except for Piccalo who starts on Earth. HUMANS Humans start with 4,000 HP/EP points, and 1,200 Distribution points. Humans can sense PLs as if they were using a normal scanner and may hide there PL making is seem one half what it realy is. Element:Earth Starting Planet:Earth Starting Technique Type:any but all the ones from the show are spiritual
ALIENS Aliens start with 6,000 HP/EP points, and 800 Distribution points. Element:AIR Starting Planet:any but all the ones from the show are from Frieza Starting Technique Type:any but all the ones from the show are Spiritual.
CHANGELINGS Changelings start with 10,000 HP/EP points, and 400 Distribution points. Changeling have a transformation called Monster form that is done after there first transformation if they have a base PL of 150,000,000 that makes there Pow double and there Spd half. ICEROS Iceros start with 2,000 HP/EP points, and 2,000 Distribtuion points. Advantages:Iceros start with body armor. Disadvantages:Iceros have an arcane love of battle and a huge ego and will never turn down a battle against anyone. Element:Water Starting Planet:Frieza Starting Technique Type:Spiritual
ANDROIDS Androids start with 8,000 HP/EP point, and 1,000 Distribution points. Androids have built in scouters that allows them to sense PLs(this can be upgraded to a super or ultra scouter.) Element:Fire Starting planet:Earth Starting Technique Type:Technology
BUUS Buus start with 6,000 HP/EP points and 1,400 Distribtuion points. Advantages:Buus are made of a jelly liquid like substance that can take shapes and forms which prevents them from being hurt by weapons. Weapon energy attacks yes but you don't add the weapons Pow to the damage.(blast type weapons do not fall into this catagory) Disadvantages:Buus are very spaztic and don't take much seriuosly especially battles unless they are against a very strong opponent or are lossing badly then the joking attitude turn to basically blind anger.(I will leave acting this out to the players and I do reward for better role playing just on a side note) Element:Water Starting Planet:Earth Starting Technique Type:Spiritual

TIGERIANS Tigerians start with 8,000 HP/EP points, and 1,000 Distribtuion points. Tigerians are faster than almost any other creatures in the galaxy becuase they have 50% more Spd than normal. Disadvantages:Since they get most of there power from there tail if it is cut off then there stats are halfed until it grows back( it takes one week for there tail to grow back and if there PL decreases below the required for the planet they are on then they have to go to gravity they can stand within 5 mins or they are crushed by the gravity and are dead so yes you are allowed to exit a fight for this reason with someone from this race but that is the only reason) Element:EARTH Starting Planet:Aquilis Starting Technique Type:Weapon
DRAGOONS Dragoons start with 7,000 HP/EP Points, and 1,300 Distribution points. Advantages:Dragoons gain to special mind controled weapons allowing them to act on there own not using the characters turn to attack each weapon does 50,000 damage but you do not your character pow to that and they cannot do weapon moves. Disadvantages:If a Dragoon uses any other weapons besides these or ever wears armor they forfiet there transformation because it is against there code. Element:Any Starting Planet:Draconis Starting Technique Type:Element that you choose for you character element.
MASAKIS Masakis start with 8,000 HP/EP points, and 1,000 Distribution points. Advantages:Masakis all know and may use for free the move regeneration this move does not count toward the maximum move limit. Disadvantages:Masakis have a very short temper and are anger by the challenges of other people because they think they are all powerful and will never turn down a fight so he can prove it. Element:FIRE Starting Planet:Adon Starting Technique Type:Weapon You must ask Darkness990 to be one of these
ANCIENTS Ancients start with 10,000 HP/EP points, and 1,200 Distribtution points Advantages:Ancients have traveled space for many years which has given them great knowledge which allows them to start with the ability to know 6 techniques instead of 4 Disadvantages:Ancients do not fight for any other reason then to better themselves and will only fight someone if they think it will improove there own skill, and they also see wearing weapons as a weakness and refuse to use them for any reason(only a fallen Ancient may use weapons) Special Information:Fallen Ancients these are ancients who have rebeled against the ways of old and let evil into there hearts. Ancients have one acception to there ways of peace and improvement and that is an Ancient will do anything in there power to Destroy a Fallen Ancient attack no matter what the cost even there own lives Element:WATER Starting Planet:Any Starting Technique Type:Any you must ask Calidor990 to be a character of this race |
