CHARACTERS All characters in my game start with $10,000. I may let you change characters sometimes if no one is currently asking for them. You may have up to three characters only one of which may be a character from the show or movies. If you are going to quit the rpg with one of your characters you may chosse to give all of your stats, moves, items, and money.(note:this may not be another one of your characters without first clearing it with me and report all stat transfers to me so I can adjust the recieving characters stats)
THE POINT SYSTEM The point system is the system upon which stats work there are to types of points HP/EP points and distribution points. HP/EL points are points that you gain and spend on your HP and or EP letting you create your characters personal balance between his energy and his life. The second type of points are Distribution points are points you get to distribute to your other 4 core stats Spd, Def, Pow, and Int again letting you create your own personal balance of the 4 stats.
WHAT THE STATS DO There are 7 total stats Spd, Def, Pow, Int, HP, EP, and PL in this section I will give you a discription of them all. Speed(SPD)the speed of your character determine how fast your character is in battle. The character with the highest speed goes first in battle, and if your speed is double or more the person you are attacking's speed then you get 2 attacks against them. Defense(DEF)this is like a natural armor you subtract damamge done to your character from your defense and then when it is gone your hp(yes if an attack does more damage than you have left defense the damage left over goes to you hp). Power(Pow)This is your character attacking power you ad this to the power of an technique your character is performing(ex.Goku fires Chou Kamehameha at Buu the Chou Kamehameha has a POW of 5,000 and Goku has a Pow of 1,640 then the technique does 6,640 damage. so in short CharacterPOW+TechniquePOW=Damage). Intellegence(INT)This is your character's mental power. Characters are only allowed to have 4 moves normally btu they may have another move for every 10,000 points of INT and may learn the use of a new technique type with every 100,000 INT. Health Points(HP)This is your character life in essence when your characters HP gets to 0 or below they are dead unless in tournament or spar. Energy Points(EP) These are the points you have to use on techniques in battle once you run out of EP you must resort to only punches and kicks or any other non EP using techniques to win. And finally Power Level(this a rough estimate of your power this is the only stats besides speed that you might ever be forced to tell an opponent that is using a scouter or other PL sensing device.
TRAINING All training on this rpg with the exception of sparring later to be explained is done buy email and you gain stats from training by the day. To train simply send me an email with the The Planet you are on/where on that planet you are going to train if needed/type of training if needed/characters name/amount of time complying with any limits that you will be doing this training(can train no longer than a month after which you must send me another email either saying you will continue the training or do a diferent training or something else intirely) and I will list your character as doing this currently. During training you may fight, spar, and talk in the chat room, but you will not be able to use any points gained from the current training until it is completed.(meaning if you chose to train at say master roshi's doing turtle shell training for a month at the end of a month I will post your points and stats you have gained and you can send me an email telling me how you want your points spent.) The other kind of training this is the kind not done by email is sparring. Sparring is a fight between two or more people that is done for the purpose of training to spar you must have a concenting opponent(meaning someone who has agreed to spar you) and then find someone to be the impartial referee for the spar the fight continues until someone wins the as they would in a normal fight and then the referee must send me an email describing the battle and I will assign points accordingly. Many things can be gained from sparring besides just HP/EP or Distribution Points, but secret techniques among other things can also be gained from sparring. All players are allowed to spar once per day maximum and they should be done in the Sparring room or over AIM.
MAIN TRAINING TYPES Single Training:Characters gain 500PL, 100HP/EP points, and 20 distribution points. Partener Training:Characters gain 750PL, 150HP/EP points, and 30 distirbution points. Mentor Training(Training with a Master or Mentor):Characters gain 1000PL, 200HP/EP points, and 40 distribution points, but this training can only be done if you are on the right planet for that mentor or master and someone else is not already training with him/her. Training For Techniques(This is also training with a mentor or master but to learn new techniques):Characters gain 250PL, 200HP/EP points, and 10 distributtion points. Gravity Training:Characters gain points for whatever training they are doing in the higher gravity but you multiply the points by the number of the gravity with the ones place removed(meaning if goku is training in 40xgravity then he would multiply the points gained for single training by 4 and so on for higher gravities), and you must have a PL of the gravity times 1,000(agian meaning for goku to be able to train in the 40x gravity he must have a PL of 40,000).
THE ELEMENT SYSTEM There are 4 elements and each race is represented by one of these elements meaning that is the race's element. Each elelment has counter elements. Counter elements work as such if an elemental attck is used on another character if that attacks element is counteractive1 then the move does half the damamge or half the effect it should. If the attack is counteractive2 then it does 3/4 the damamge or effect it should. On the other hand there are also superactive elements. These are elements that do more damage than normal for instance if the attack that was done was to be superactive1 then it would do double the normal damage or effect. But if the attacks element was superactive2 then it would do 1/4 more damage or effect than normal. All elements counteractive1 element is itself. The other counteractive and superacitve elements are listed below. Fire:Counter2-WIND/Super1-WATER/Super2-EARTH Earth:Counter2-Water/Super1-WIND/Super2-FIRE Water:Counter2-FIRE/Super1-EARTH/Super2-Wind Wind:Counter2-EARTH/Super1-FIRE/Super2-WATER
BATTLES Battles are fought in the same manner as spars except that the winner of the fight gets $20,000, the looser gets $10,000, and if there is a tie they both get $15,000. Yes you must still have an impartial referee for fights and he must report the battle to me and you are again only allowed one fight per day. The battle and the spar are seperate so it is one of each per day all battles should be done in the battle room or over AIM.(To start a battle you may challenge someone or use a sneeak attack to sart a fight meaning you attack them without them knowing your coming this can only be done to people that do not a scouter or ability that would allow them to since your PL)
FIGHTING All fighting is done on a turn bases with the fastest person going first and so on you also get 4 blocks and 2 dodges per fight. Dodges make you take no damage and blocks make you take half damage.(Note:blocks and dodges can only used against damamge attacks and not status effect attacks.)
FUSION To fuse the to characters that are going to fuse must either both know Fusion dance or must both one a Fusion Earring. Also the two character that are going to fuse must have a power level within one million of each other otherwise fusion cannot be done.
DYING Your character dies when his HP gets to 0 in a real battle. When this happens your character goes to King Kai's and can do nothing but train on his planet. You must stay there for a 2 weeks and during this time you may not fight or spar and you may not go in the chat room chatting on AIM is allowed but you are just chatting as yourself not as your character.
DRAGONBALLS every planet has a set of dragon balls that must be found. It takes a week to find a dragon ball and one day is taken off for every dragon ball radar a max of 3 days may be taken off.
GOLDEN RULE AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE CHAT ROOMS AND ON AIM ACT YOUR CHARACTERS PART. Unless your character is dead. |
