Guru's Test:This is a challenge upon which you must pass 3 tests and if all are passed to Guru's liking then your inner power will be unlocked and your stats will be doubled
Dende's Chamber of Knowledge:Here you may study to improve you mind which raises your Int. by 50% for each week.
Poruga Shrine:Here you may show your devotion to the dragon of namek by praying and meditating wich increases your Ki by 25% for each week.
Honorable Elder Training:you may train with the honorable elder

NAMEKIAN WARRIOR'S PLIAN
Here you may challenge namekian warriors to do battle with you but unlike the pendulam room on kami's tower the fights here are real and you can actually die you may also challenge Tengu the master of the plain for control of it.You may also mentor train with Tengu if he allows you to.
