In October 2006, members of the Civil War Roundtable took part in a Rededication Ceremony at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, honoring the Civil War veterans buried in that cemetery.

These photos were taken at the ceremony dedicating the gravesite of Canadian Civil War veteran Octavius Wallace, killed at the battle of Williamsburg, Virginia. The Southwestern Ontario Civil War Roundtable, the 2nd Michigan and the Sons and Daughters of Union Veterans took part in the Saturday afternoon ceremony, which was followed by a potluck supper at the Central United Church in St. Thomas.
