This means that since it is very hard to find the original media players or game systems (games like Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Atari, etc.); these games are public property!

I don't know you, nor do I know your legal rights to entitlement for these ROM files. The legality of these ROMs is your responsibility - I make no claims on the legal status of these ROMs, nor do I supply or transfer any license or copyright with the ROM sets.

By requesting that you have these CDs burned for you, you agree with these terms.

Please don't ask me to burn the M.A.M.E. emulator itself, as it is illegal to distribute the ROMs with the emulator. The latest version of M.A.M.E. is freely available for download on the Internet.

On a lighter note, the original copyright owners don't seem too bothered about the free distribution of these ROMs; burners have supplied ROM sets to software houses and arcade manufacturers in the past.

Goods Tracking:

If you chose to send me your own discs, please e-mail me to let them know when you have mailed your materials; I will keep a look out for your parcel in the post, and will acknowledge you via e-mail when I have received it (remember to include your e-mail address!).

Regardless of which method you choose, I will also send you an e-mail to let you know when the completed discs will be mailed to you. These steps serve as a safeguard against lost packages going undetected; I cannot be held accountable if a package is lost in the post, but this procedure will at least provide progress reports and flag up any stray packages as soon as possible.

Burning Time:

"Note that this a free and voluntary service; I will be fitting in your requests around *my* time, and you will have to be patient until I complete your task." Generally, I ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of your request and/or materials. If there are any delays, I will let you know via e-mail. "Demands for higher priority will be ignored, and each member of the "burning team" reserves the right to withdraw the service if they are unhappy with the nature of the request."

COPY THESE CDS AND GIVE THEM AWAY BY ALL MEANS, BUT DO NOT RESELL THESE ROMS - IT IS ILLEGAL!
