Bamako, Mali: Oct. 1991 to Oct. 1993.

San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico: Feb. 1988 to Sept. 1991 and 1993 to present.
During this period performed a total of thirteen months of short-term consulting
work in Belize, Chad, Haiti, Morocco, Niger, Guatemala, Senegal, Rwanda,
Burundi, The Gambia, Guinee Bissau, and Cape Verde.

Haiti: Sept. 1986 to Dec. 1987.

Between 1983 and 1986 performed a total of five months of short-term
consulting work the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica.

Costa Rica: Aug. & Sept 1982 and Dec. 1971 to June 1972.
