Chapter 20: Project O-no or C-ko must die!
The Sylia-car pulled into another nondescript school (nothing like Ohtori) The occupants were not their usual selves. They were all asleep, Nikkia was slumped in the front seat, DragonGirl was curled up in the passenger, SilverWolf and Winter were randomly draped over each other in the back seat. The Sylia-car was on auto drive. JAKON sat on the dash, smiling and periodically looking at the road, though there was no need to. She smiled, looking less mechanical than she had before her association with the girls.
"Wake, my girls!" JAKON said, clapping her holographic hands, though the sound was coming from the speakers of the car. SilverWolf sat up in the back, looking around.
"Oh, what, huh? Where are we?" she asked. Jostled by the movement, Winter sat up. She said nothing, but she pushed Nikkia awake.
"What? Oh." She said. JAKON looked at them, beaming.
"Where are we?" SilverWolf asked again.
"We are at project A-ko." JAKON said, matter-of-factly. Nikkia did her little irritating-clap-thumbs-up-thingy. Winter looked confused.
"I’ve never seen this one," she said. SilverWolf patted her shoulder.
"That’s okay, it’s not even that good." She said. Winter shrugged. She looked over into the passenger seat.
"Is DragonGirl still asleep?" she asked. JAKON looked at DragonGirl. She frowned and set off a loud alarm. DragonGirl rolled over, and they noticed she was hugging a random Hello Kitty pillow.
"Where’d that come from?" Nikkia asked. The rest shrugged, including JAKON. Nikkia nodded with sudden recognition.
"Probably from her bedding providing, Japanese cutesy animation pillow giving, comatosis inducing, randomly morphus summoning, randomly random random backpack." She said. The rest nodded simultaneously.
"So how do we wake her up?" SilverWolf asked. The rest shrugged simultaneously, "So let’s just go, then." The rest shrugged simultaneously again, and got out. JAKON just floated along.
"Where are all the main characters?" Winter asked curiously. SilverWolf shrugged. Nikkia got all googly-eyed.
"Where’s Kei?" she asked dreamily. The rest sweatdropped simultaneoulsy. The huge bell rang in the school and a lot of random girls came out. A-ko and C-ko ran out of the building.
"Oh, A-ko!!!!" B-ko yelled. A-ko rolled her eyes. She turned.
"What?’ she asked impatiently.
"I just wanted to ask it you would like to come over to my house later…." B-ko said innocently, "C-ko too." The anime travelers crouched behind the Sylia-car, all except DragonGirl, who was still asleep. A-ko spun around.
She’s up to something, A-ko thought.
"What?" Winter whispered.
"I suppose since we’re from the real world, we can hear their inner monologues." SilverWolf said quietly. C-ko jumped up, whining.
"But A-ko!!!! We were going to go on a picnic!!!!" she said, ever so irritatingly. DragonGirl abruptly sat up. She opened her eyes wide, and they became Saionji-like (Makes sense) She pulled a random mallet from her jacket, shed the heavy leather, rolled from the car and ran for C-ko.
"DIE, You kawaii little chibi!" She screamed. She swung the mallet at C-ko, who ran. A-ko rolled her eyes. She blasted a beam of power at DragonGirl, who dodged effortlessly, however, a bit too slow, and her random mallet was crisped. She looked at her hand where it had been, momentarily confused, then she pulled a long staff from her back, and charged C-ko with it. A-ko blasted another fireball at DragonGirl, who vaulted over it with her staff. B-ko now was joining the fight, she created an earthquake, and DragonGirl fell. Suddenly, a motorcycle zoomed up.
"KEI!!!" Nikkia shrieked with her eyes wide. Kei dismounted (get your mind out of the gutter) and ran for C-ko. He shielded her with his body. DragonGirl came in for the kill, swinging her bo in a baseball bat move. She halted in mid-air when she saw Kei. She dropped to the ground.
"I just can’t hurt a guy with such a good body." She said dejectedly, "even if he likes C-ko." She walked away, discouraged. The rest of the group came out from behind the car, which was remarkably unscathed.
"It’s okay," SilverWolf said encouragingly.
"Yeah, you tried your best," Nikkia said. DragonGirl cursed.
"Why does everyone like her so much?????" she asked helplessly. JAKON laughed.
"All right, ma’am, we’ll just never come here again," she said. DragonGirl smiled.
"I’m fine." She said. DragonGirl slumped in the back. SilverWolf got in the front. Nikkia sat in the back-back, which just began existence. Winter sat in front with her koibito. A-ko, B-ko, and the hated C-ko began their conversation again.
"All right, I’ll go." A-ko said impatiently. The rest pulled out of the parking lot of the school. They were just about to leave the show, when they heard an explosion in the vicinity of B-ko’s mansion. DragonGirl looked wistfully at the column of smoke now rising from it. SilverWolf saw it in the rear view mirror.
"I honestly don’t think so," she said, "Not in a million years." DragonGirl sighed, and sat down.
"I would just be happy knowing the world was free from her evil." She said yearningly. JAKON smiled.
"Where to, girls?" she asked. SilverWolf considered. Then she shrugged.
"I don’t know. Let’s go back, see if there is anything going on with everyone else." They drove away from the scene, DragonGirl still looking back and wishing.
