| During the series Dragon Ball Z, we come along the androids during the Android Saga. We also notice that these androids have an RR Logo somewhere on their apparel. Well, during the course of Dragon Ball Dr. Gero started experimenting with artificial humanoids. After seven proto-types, he came up with Android 8. The first real Android throughout the course of DBZ and DB. This Android, like most most of Dr. Gero's androids, disobeyed him. He did not want to hurt Goku. He was a gentle giant, much like 16. This plays a big role in the future(DBZ), where 17, 18, and 16 all disobey Dr. Gero's wishes. So why the logo? Dr. Gero was deeply involved in the RR Army, and putting the RR Army logos on the androids, was like a TM. In other words, it was like the RR army was still alive and doing business. |
