| What is really new with Hong Kong. Mostly cinema related. With the hype of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, a lot of movies got released over that time. The newest hit is China Strike Force, starring Aaron Kwok, imports such as Norika Fujiwara from Japan and Coolio from the US, and also co-stars Ruby Lin and Lee Hom Wang. The story is about a drug import to China. Sounds like Traffic? Not even close. This movie provides more action, sex appeal, and cool cars in exchange for a award-winning plot.
Lots of love stories also came out in the last couple of months. One including Chi Lam Cheung's movie adaptation of the hit Return of the Cuckoo, but other than the similar name and the main couple, all of the story is different. Perfect Match is a movie about the love lives of three roommates. Each has the different way to get the girl.
Action movies include the second part to Gen-X Cops, Gen-Y Cops. It is the first acting role of the much hyped Edison Chan. This time the group runs through a much different twist. Read about it here.
