Follow the instructions below to find out how you can join the Dream Weavers Guild!

If you wish to join our guild as a full active member, apprentice or social member, there are a few steps that you will have to follow.

Please read all sections of this page and the website before you apply to join, especially the rules of the guild. All members must abide by all guild rules.

Step 1 : Join as a social member.

Read the rules of the guild.
E-mail us at DreamWeaversGuild@hotmail.com and include your furcadia name, e-mail address, characters picture/portrait in BMP, GIF, JPG or PCX format the size of 95pixelsX95pixels (it's easiest to do this by clicking on your furcadia character, taking a screen shot by pressing print screen and then cutting the portrait out and pasting it again and saving it) and description and you will be joined as a social guild member. As a social guild member, you will be allowed into social members section of the new guild dream.

Step 2 : Apply to join as an apprentice.

Be joined as a social member.
Read all the pages of the website and have a basic understanding of dreams and dream making. If you don't it is suggested that you take classes A, B, C and D before doing so to save time, but feel free to apply for an apprenticeship if you cannot get any classes. (There are auto classes SW of the dream entrance).
E-mail us at DreamWeaversGuild@hotmail.com and include your member name, e-mail address, what times you are usually on in FST time and what section(s) of the guild you are interested in joining to apply from the current list of sections available (A list of sections can be found on our "sections" page.) You should also have a dream ready that shows your skills and abilities as a dream weaver. Once you have applied, you will be chosen by a Dream Weavers Guild member who will mentor you when one is available or you may have your dream reviewed by the Rah for full membership if you have completed one as above. You may be asked to make a dream to assess your dream weaving abilities by your mentor or your mentor may ask to see some of your work and will be trained if required. If you have any questions and your mentor isn't online, please ask one of the guild members or e-mail us at DreamWeaversGuild@hotmail.com. Once you are an apprentice, you can then enter the apprentices section of the new Dream Weavers Guild dream. If you feel at any time that your mentor has failed in their duties or are uncomfortable with your mentor or don't get to see your mentor enough, please e-mail the guild at DreamWeaversGuild@hotmail.com let us know what the problem is. If the problem cannot be resolved a new mentor will select you.

Step 3 : Gain full membership

Once you are ready, either your mentor will decide that you are ready or you may ask your mentor if you feel you are ready (the mentor has the final say), the mentor may ask you to make a dream either by yourself to demonstrate your abilities or they will give you a specific dream to make to test your abilities. Once you have made that dream, your mentor will inspect it and recommend that you are ready for full membership. Once you are recommended, the Rah will inspect your dream and DS to confirm that you are ready to be a full member. Once the Dream Weavers Guild Rah approves your dream, then you are a full member and can mentor new apprentices, make dreams for furres, make patches for furres, make bots for furres, help furres while representing the Dream Weavers Guild and participate in guild meetings.

Also realize that the Dream Weavers is not a club, or an RP guild. We are a service to help others with their dreams. We do not claim to be the best dream makers, or the best anything, we are just a group of individuals who are here to help those who need it. That said, realize that our members must be able to answer questions that people might have, as well as build dreams for others. If you don't think you are capable of helping others, then do not apply for an apprenticeship. Everyone is welcome to participate in guild activities, but members are expected to participate and be active (i.e. attend guild meetings, spend time in the guild dream so that people who enter can always find a member there, reply to guild e-mails etc.)

If you do not agree to all of the above, then do not apply. We love to get new members, but we only want serious members (i.e. people who actually want to help the guild).
