Guild
Rules :
1: While in the guild dream you must be friendly at all times.
2: While representing the guild you must be friendly at all
times.
3: No violence, abuse or harassment is to occur within the guild
dream and will not be tolerated.
4: Strictly no explicit activity in the guild dream.
5: All activities must remain inoffensive and suitable for
people of all ages to be around.
6: All members and visitors of the Dream Weavers Guild must
adhere to all rules.
7: All members must read the rules before joining.
8: All furcadia rules must be adhered to while in the guild
dream.
9: Role playing is not permitted in the guild dream. This guild
is a social guild.
10: No rule is to contradict any other rule.
11: Rules may be amended and altered by the Rah's permission
only.
12: The guild retains the right to review and decide to post or
not post any dream submitted for posting on the guild's website.
13: The guild holds the right to remove any guild members and/or
dreams from the Dream Weavers page.
14: There are no restrictions for the use of the dreams
downloaded from the Dream Weavers Guild page. All dreams may be
altered and used as an individual pleases.
15: Credit must be given where credit is due.
16: The guild entry position is not to be blocked.
Rules
Members must follow :
1: Always follow the Guild Rules.
2: All members are to be Polite, Patient, Helpful and Friendly
at all times.
3: All members are asked to be helpful as much as possible.
4: No member is to threaten, harass anyone in the guild dream.
5: All furres requesting help are not to be discriminated
against. This means jerks, twinks, losers, annoying furres, etc,
included.
6: No member is to accept gifts or financial benefit from
assisting a furre. If offered, members are required to direct
furres to our donations page.
7: All full members must remain active.
8: All members are to do their best to recruit new members.
9: No member is to abuse their power or privileges.
Rules
on requests :
1: While filling a request, a guild member is to remain in
contact with the requester as much as possible to ensure that
the requester obtains what they are after.
2: A requester retains the right to have the dream being made or
modified altered differently to what the member has made up to 3
times for 1 part of the map or DS for as many parts of the map
or DS as they wish.
3: All dreams made by the guild and its members remain the
property of the guild and the furre who made the dream is
required to be given credit.
4: The guild retains the right to post dreams made by the guild
and its members without the specific security systems and any
private patches obtained from requesters.
5: All patches obtained from requesters for the use of dream
construction or
modification are the property of the requester and are not to be
used by members for any other purpose then that of the requester
unless the requester authorizes it.
6: Any patch or bot made by the guild or its members for
requests remain the property of the guild.
7: The guild retains the right to post patches and bots made by
the guild and its members without the specific security systems
and any private information obtained from requesters.
8: Anyone requesting a dream, patch or bot to be made must go
through the guild's archives to see if there is a dream, patch
or bot similar to their requirements and if available, request a
modification of a current dream, patch or bot.
Penalties
and repercussions :
1: If a member is found to have broken the rules one of the
following may be implemented depending on the severity :
a) A warning will be given and the furre will be required not to
infringe the rules again.
b) A suspension will be given for a period of 2 weeks to 3
months from the guild and the guild dream.
c) A furre will be banned from guild for 6 months and any
membership privileges will be removed and the furre will be
returned to visitor status after the 6 month period.
d) A furre will be banned from the guild for life, given notice
of the rule(s) they have broken and if found to be in the guild
dream or interacting with the guild in another alt, the alt will
also be banned.
2: If a member becomes inactive :
a) after 3 months of inactivity as a Full Member, the member
will be deemed inactive as a full member and membership status
will be changed to Social Member.
b) after 6 months of inactivity as a Social Member after being a
full member, the member will be deemed inactive and
un-contactable and membership will be removed.
Definitions
:
1: Inactive : When a furre isn't heard from, seen or
participated in the guild and witnessed by the Rah, a Committee
Member, Taneest or Uat within a certain period of time or hasn't
replied to an e-mail that has "You must reply to this
e-mail to remain active" in it.
These rules are subsequent to change and all new rules or
changes will be posted as soon as applicable.
If you see anyone breaking the rules, please e-mail the Dream
Weavers Guild with a log file of the incident if available and
any details. Thank you.
Members may request additional rules or amendments to the
current rules.
