AMSA(HK) TRIP TO BEIJING

THE FOURTH DAY: Monday, 29 December 1997
A day
of boring. We in the morning visited the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital
and received warm welcome by the staff there. We went to Beijing University
of Traditional Chinese Medicine afterwards. There we realized the difference
between the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Western Medicine, in terms
of the concept, the structure and also the teaching. Afterwards, we attended
two talks given by professors of the BMU. Most of us fell asleep during
the talk and the organizing committee needed to advise the attendees not
to sleep when the talk was going on. After all, the talks were excellent
and we appreciated the professors shared their time with us.
