Samurai Wargames Rules

Killer Katanas by Brian Bradford and Robert Fyvie. Site no longer gets updated but still has useful information on the rules and some good links.

Chrysanthemum Throne by Chipco Games. Reviewed on this site by Kent Reuber.

Taiko! by Flagship Games. Information on the rules, quick reference sheets and a couple of battle reports including a refight of Nagashino.

The Water Margin Only have a few figures? Or fancy a change of pace? Here is a fine set of oriental (with emphasis on samurai) skirmish rules now available as a free download from author Stephen Irwin's web site.

Katana To Yari Free set of skirmish rules by Jim Wallman. Uses a hex based system. Contains useful information especially on some of the more interesting oriental weapons.

Age of Battles - Shogun by Zvezda. Link to the Age of Battles msn group where the rules can be downloaded. You'll need the Shogun game for the troop stats but most of them can be obtained from examples in the rules.

Bushido Rules from Fabrizio Passatempi, inspired by the "Command and Colors" system. Currently in Italian with an English version in the works. Very professional looking project.
