Walking for theMonument for Unknown Civillians Killed in War

Hello my spiritual friends, how are you all? I am having the time of my life. Yuma has been so receptive and the media blitz has started. It happened the same way in 98', God has me walk a few hundred miles before the media believes. Anyhow, people are responding and my email lists are increasing so please be patient,I will email you back. I love my job!!!!

I arrived in Yuma yesterday afternoon and I believe I made it so fast because the wind kinda blew me this way. I fortunately made it here after the rain but met with wind and very cool temperatures. I learned from Peace Pilgrim to walk at night if it gets cold so I don't freeze. She really had a grasp of this walking thing,she must have been a Marine. Speaking of Marines...

Did a radio interview this morning on "THE JET" KYJT and this is predominantly Marine Corps territory so they really love me here, well some do. A lot of former Marines have stopped me and shook my hand and said Semper Fi. It is short for Semper Fidelis which is Latin for "Always Faithful" and they understand because most of them were in a war situation. The younger Marines, not all but some, look at me as if I sold out...so I smile and say a prayer for them. After the interview a lady calls and said she wanted to help out with American flags on my tunic as I cross America. So I went to meet her at her shop called Flags Etc. http://www.flags-etc.com Her name is Lisa Diamond Clark Stanhope and she is a crusader in her own right and believes in peace so I believe you all should support her. Well when I arrived I explained that as a pilgrim I cannot ask for anything but am just honored to meet someone who wants to meet me. She saw that my tunic letters were falling apart from wear and tear and she took me to her husband's shop. Mike, who is her husband and Kent and Lynn repaired my tunic. I thank God for introducing us and now I have more friends in Yuma. Peace Pilgrim always says there's a spark of good in everyone. That is true in what I've seen in Yuma.

Spent last night at the Crossroads Mission on Arizona St and what better place to bring a light of peace than there. I was invited by a homeless gentleman who noticed I wasn't from there so I went there and had a blast. So many to share God's message with and tonight I have been invited to stay at the Salvation Army, so the adventures continue.

Thanks again for being my prayers of support. You all are helping to create a momentous event for peace and I will continue to let you experience your work through my eyes. I love you all and you all are in my prayers, EVERY STEP IS A PRAYER FOR PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,I hope this finds you all in good spirits. Tomorrow I leave for Yuma Az and I have finally attracted the media and drawing attention to the stone. Thank you all for your prayers and energy.

My beautiful angel Bruce Nichols,who is improving my website daily has made it easier to contact each states Senators and Congressmen/women. Now the attention and pressure should be reaching the government who works for us the people. I ask that you help promote this website to all and they will find that Bruce is working hard to help the Unknown Civilians Killed in Wars!

Greetings from El Centro, CA,

What a glorious day it is to be alive and working for GOD, the light, the benevolent, the creator and many more names. I am meeting so many people and connecting with the inner me that I want to share and love with everyone. We are such a part of each other and need each other daily to make it work. I am thankful to my boss God for allowing my body to adjust to walking many miles a day and not feeling tired until I lay my head to rest. I love my my career!

I have arrived in El Centro, California and hooked up with my good friend Sergio Flores. When I met Sergio two years ago he was a cameraman for KSWT channel 13. Now he is the lead reporter and moving up the ranks fast. He knew nothing about Peace Pilgrim or her message. Now seeing him and speaking to him I have noticed a truly burning desire to spread peace in his personal life which is spreading to his professional life. He has grown up so much in a short time and I am seeing peace blossom. I am so honored to see growth and encourage everyone to plant seeds of inner peace and sit back and watch GOD work.

I regret to say that my previous website address http://www.skyabove.com/peace will be cutting out soon so GOD has answered my prayers. One of my angels Mr. Bruce Nichols has included me and the info from the previous website on my brand new webpage . In cooperation with the Peace Abbey and the Peace Pilgrim Center you will be plugged into the west and east coast for peace.

I truly encourage you to write Congress, the Senate and the White House to get the memorial stone for "Unknown Civilians Killed in War" place in it's respected home in Arlington National Cemetery! IT WILL HAPPEN WITH YOUR HELP!!!!!!!

Feb. 15, 2000 - Hemet, California

Hello everyone,

What a glorious week I have had at the Peace Pilgrim Center in Hemet Ca. I had the chance to visit with John and Ann Rush who run the center and Gary, Marty and Amirah who volunteer. I also met a gentleman by the name of Sage who wandered in yesterday on a pilgrimage himself. That's one thing you can count on at the Peace Center is people from everywhere. This is such a spiritual place and I invite everyone to visit in person or by website to this magical place. http://www.peacepilgrim.org

I will be departing for D.C. tomorrow morning and will be walking along I-10 to Indio, my plans are to head south on Hwy 111 to Bralwey, El Centro, Ca. and then into Arizona to Yuma, AZ. I will travel along I-8 and walk into Phoenix then back onto I-10 to Tucson AZ. I haven't seen a lot of these people since my first pilgrimage in 1998.

I am so excited and thankful for all the prayers you all are sending and believe me I feel each one. I am so blessed. I will end now but will keep you all posted. Again my prayers are with you all and my peace prevail on earth!!!!!

Feb. 10, 2000 - Hemet, California

Hello Everyone,

First and foremost giving all praises above, I am so sorry about not being able to contact everyone but I have had quite a start on this Millennium journey. I send you all the highest light and energy I can so let me catch everyone up to this date.

Dec. 31st I was on a bus heading for the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena Ca.(usual starting point for some pilgrims). Arrived at LA bus terminal around 2 AM PST and Los Angeles hadn't burned by then so all was well. WHY 2K? I DUNNO!! Found out I had a four hour layover and would put me at parade around start time. Announcement came for passengers to Pasadena go to ticket counter and they placed myself and a photographer in a cab and whisked us off to the parade. If you all could see and feel the energy around the biggest parade in the world you would understand why Peace Pilgrim, my mentor chose to start there. I believe and it's just my belief but if we as a world could use have the energy at the parade for world peace, we would have energy change left for ions. Anyway I walked ahead of the parade this time so I wouldn't be escorted out like in 1998. Experience counts and I unveiled the blonde mohawk and blue tunic which read: HELP SAY A PRAYER FOR PEACE on the front and WALKING AND PRAYING FOR PEACE on the back. I walked the route of the parade and on into LA or West Hollywood to visit a friend.

I remained in the LA area and something did not feel right so with the financial help from my vet from mass I retreated to my spiritual center of Tucson. I call it my center because they put me (humpty-dumpty) back together again. I remained there for about three weeks and worked to get my tunic just right for this momentous journey. I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to have met some very sweet people from Labor Ready and Ferguson Enterprises. I also want to thank funkydivaii for putting up with me trying to make everything right. Everything is right now. The tunic now reads: PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR PEACE on the front and on the back a message Lewis Randa (Gen. Stonewalker) always said each morning EVERY STEP IS A PRAYER FOR PEACE! Thank you Lewis!!!!!!!!!!!

On my way back to LA to finish my start, I dropped by Gigi's in Carlsbad CA, she is one of the three who produced the original Peace Pilgrim Documentary (FREE) which I encourage all to see. There I was blessed to meet Magicneesh and Neesha who taught me about in such a short time.

Well I started back on the walk from LA, where I left off at and headed down San Fernando Blvd. that turned into Olympic Blvd. and Olympic all the way into the Whittier, CA area. I felt compelled to visit Corona, CA, where a friend of mine who died in the Gulf lived, to see his mother. I got close but our signals didn't connect so I wished them peace and moved on to Riverside, CA. On my actual walk of maybe four days I have slept out three and inside once. From Riverside I moved down University Blvd to Sycamore Canyon Road to East Ridge to Eucalyptus into Moreno Valley CA. onto Day St to Allessandro to Perris through the town of Perris CA. to Ramona Expressway through the town of San Jacinto CA. and on to the Peace Pilgrim Center in Hemet CA. This trip I will be more detailed with my routes, the police have been helpful to keep me off the freeways and highways.

I will be here in Hemet for about a week doing volunteer work and catching up on my email and website. I will be trying to add many pictures of my years in the service so you can see Mr. Macho Marine in Saudi Arabia programmed to kill for his country and all that other hogwash. I truly thank God for delivering me from that mental state and that I never fired my weapon at anyone there and I am glad that I did see all of it for future reference.

Throughout my updates and I appreciate you all for listening to me, little Earl from Pecos TX. I will give out various websites I believe you all will enjoy or emails to help our cause. Most important to the cause is your participation in contacting everyone especially your Congresspersons and Senators. I am so proud to have you all praying for me, if you all will write then I'll do the footwork and get the replica stone to Wash D.C. People ask me why do I walk and my answer is, "Because GOD gave me my leg back so I can walk".

Hello Everyone,

It is Earl the Peacemaker and week one is over and under my belt. Felt a little strange sleeping outside again but after a a few days it all came back to me. God and my angels are always there so please don't worry about this pilgrim for peace.

I want to state for the record that as a former Marine who served this country in the Gulf War, "I vow to remain a wanderer until the stone is placed in our designated spot in Arlington National Cemetery". I and the rest of the Stonewalkers need your help in spreading the word to all who you meet and the people who work for us in the Senate and Congress. We can not move forward until we settle the past and we could be the next civilians killed without warning.

I am honored to know each and everyone of you and vow to do the footwork by walking the replica stone around the country if you'll write letters. We are a part of this whole plan for peace and I need your help!!!!!!

My route will be somewhat the same as my mentor and hero Peace Pilgrim and will take me along I-10 through California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, then along I-20 through Texas. Along I-35 through the remainder of Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Then east through Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and finally Maryland. I plan to be at the inauguration of the new President of the New Millennium with a message of Peace from the people. So look out Mr. Prez the now blonde mohawk is on his way!!!!!!

I thank each and everyone of you for your prayers and well wishes on this momentous journey for peace. I will keep each of you in my prayers as well. God speed and love to you all!
