EARTHQUEST Banking Details
A wire transfer to the above account may be made at any bank branch. Please note that this is mainly for people from outside the country (ie. international programs) there is a $10.00 US service charge (applied by EARTHQUEST) for using this service. For people living within Canada, you have the option of performing a direct deposit transaction through any TD/Canada Trust bank at no extra cost. Simply walk into any TD/Canada Trust bank in Canada and state that you wish to make a direct deposit. Email depositing is also an option if you have internet banking set up for your personal accounts. Please notify us via email once you have made a deposit. To speed up the processing of your application, you should FAX the deposit receipt to the attention of Dave Jolly, Executive Director at; (519) 773-5489.
For those wishing to pay via another method please follow these instructions to ensure that your payment is received as any delays could inhibit your acceptance into the program of your choice. Please also note that we do not accept credit cards or personal cheques. Forms of payment should be certified cheque or international money order (if from outside Canada) payable to EARTHQUEST. If you are express posting your payment please be sure not to send UPS or Purolator couriers which require signatures to our P.O. Box number in Canada as it will not be accepted. If express posting please contact us via earthquest@hotmail.com ASAP to arrange an alternate mailing address for faster service.
